The role focuses on floor care and general housekeeping, supporting overall building cleanliness and resident comfort. Weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours shifts are required; prior experience in healthcare settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
