Essential Duties

• Vacuum, dust, and mop office buildings and on-mountain outlets
• Maintain positive interactions with guests, co-workers, and management following service standards
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and dining areas, including fixtures and floors
• Manage keys or key cards securely for building access
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Preferred professional cleaning experience
• Successful background check required
• Positive communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• Punctuality, proper attire, and preparedness
• Adherence to safety policies
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position in Steamboat Springs is $18.50 - $19.50, variable based on experience and other factors. Benefits and total compensation include region-specific rewards.

Physical Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs safely
• Ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and climb stairs while carrying supplies
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
