Pritchard Sports is hiring a Day CORE Cleaner for the day shift in Charlottesville, VA. You'll perform general cleaning duties across facility areas, restrooms, and common spaces, with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

The role reports to the Day Supervisor and requires physical stamina for lifting and movement throughout the shift. Preferred candidates include bilingual Spanish/English speakers; company offers medical/dental/vision options and a 401K after one year.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms).
• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
• Wipe down counters, mirrors and bathroom details; ensure areas are clean.
• Replenish restroom supplies, remove trash and debris; re-line trash receptacles.
• Wipe and disinfect all surfaces including glass as directed.
• Carry out special cleaning projects.

Day CORE PSEG Cleaners - Full Time -9 am to 3 pm

BASIC FUNCTION

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire Day CORE Cleaners. As a Day CORE Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing General Cleaner duties during the day shift.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

The Day CORE Cleaner reports to the Day Supervisor.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, cleaning restrooms.
• Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
• Wipe down counters, cleaning mirrors, bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the facility are clean.
• Replenish restroom supplies, remove trash and debris from assigned work area to designated location, and re-line trash receptacles.
• Wipe and disinfect all surfaces including glass as directed.
• Carry out special cleaning projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must have a good personality, excellent cleaning skills, and be committed to providing results; TEAM PLAYER.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.
• Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
