Requirements for Early Educators

• Ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children
• Demonstrate training, knowledge, and experience working with young children to support their individual needs safely
• Assist other staff members within their immediate room and the wider nursery
• Work enthusiastically as part of a team to create an environment where children can play, learn, and develop
• Hold or be eligible for the NC Credential for Preschool Teachers
• Be certified or willing to complete CPR and Basic First Aid
• Meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Show reliability and integrity
