The Inclusion Specialist – Camp Nansema supports the North Suburban YMCA's mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the supervision of the Camp Director, the specialist collaborates with camp staff and families to identify and support children needing individualized assistance. The role involves providing direct support, strategies, and serving as a resource for children requiring one-on-one assistance, emphasizing qualities like compassion, open-mindedness, flexibility, and a passion for working with children and families.

Work Environment: Moderate to high noise, indoor/outdoor settings, up to 40 hours/week, with sun exposure.
Qualifications: Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, experience preferred, current First Aid, CPR certifications, and commitment to YMCA values.
