Position: Camp Counselors (Youth Workers) - Summer Day Camp

Camp Counselors assist in the implementation of programming and interact positively with campers, other staff, and parents to develop a trusting environment. This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Under the guidance of a Site Director, Youth Workers are responsible for directly supervising a group of 6-12 children while engaging with them in a variety of high-energy activities throughout the day.
