Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment by staying aware on the sales floor and reporting unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Assist Customers at the register, with merchandise, and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Keep the store clean and organized; maintain merchandise presentation and replenishment per standards.
• Follow MOS policies and loss-prevention standards, and handle cash and transactions accurately.
