Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understands that safety is the number one priority and follows safe practices.
• Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe shopping environment.
• Treats all Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; is friendly and professional at all times.
• Assists Customers at the register, with merchandise, and answers questions politely and knowledgeably.
• Provides prompt responses to Customer service calls and issues, involving Store Leadership when needed.
• Represents and supports the Company brand at all times.
• Performs cleaning tasks to maintain store, customer and team areas.
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dress code.
