Job summary

Schweitzer in Sandpoint, Idaho, is seeking an outgoing snow reporter to deliver daily early morning snow, weather and activities reports. You will work 3–4 days per week, arriving before 5 a.m. to collect conditions and publish updates for Schweitzer.com and local radio.

Candidate will use Word/Excel, a voice recording app, and Mountain Powder tools. High school diploma required; ski/snowboard experience preferred. On-site role with seasonal benefits and housing options.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required- High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum time in related position- Ski and Snowboard experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from mountain operations teams and weather sources.
• Develop early morning snow, weather and activities report for skiers and riders.
• Publish accurate conditions descriptions before 5 a.m. and distribute to channels.
