Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers with eye contact, a smile and a friendly hello throughout the store and at checkout.
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist Customers at the register, answer questions in a helpful, knowledgeable manner, and process transactions.
• Provide prompt responses to Customer service needs and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Support proper merchandise presentation and maintain store standards during all shifts.
