Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and provide courteous, efficient service at the register and on the floor.
• Maintain clean, neat, and well-stocked sales areas and assist with merchandising.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to Store Leadership.
• Assist Customers with merchandise, questions and returns as needed.
• Support loss prevention awareness and protect confidential information.
• Contribute to a team environment and uphold Ross brand standards.
