Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Seasonal Golf Course Laborer to support the grounds team in maintaining tees, fairways, bunkers, and other playing surfaces for a high-quality golfer experience.

This entry-level, seasonal position requires early-morning hours (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) and one weekend morning availability. The role involves outdoor work, physical tasks, and teamwork to keep the course in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work early morning hours
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to take direction

Responsibilities

• Rake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure consistent play conditions
• Repair divots on tees and fairways to preserve turf quality
• Perform line trimming and weeding around course features
• Mow playing surfaces such as tees and collars using appropriate equipment
• Assist with general course maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and equipment operation standards
