Job summary

Schnucks Markets, Inc. is seeking bakery team members in the Town of Wilna area for early morning shifts from 3am to 11am. You will provide friendly, courteous service to customers, assist with product selections, and help bake breads, pastries, and cookies according to established recipes.

Training will be provided at store level. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 4–8 hours, and maintain clean, safe work areas in line with company sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming products from bakery plant and direct store delivery vendors.
• Prepare breads, rolls, doughnuts, and other pastries, including icings and frostings, according to established recipes.
• Slice and wrap fresh baked bread.
• Stock product displays in cases and on shelves.
• Rotate product and straighten displays.
• Record inventory of supplies and order stock from main storeroom.
• Constantly clean work area and equipment following company safety and sanitation procedures.
