We’re excited to meet passionate healthcare professionals interested in joining our team! This event is focused on hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

Locations Available for RN and PCT: Covington, VA, Lexington, VA, Daleville, VA, Lynchburg, VA, Bedford, VA, Salem, VA, Radford, VA Martinsville, VA, Chatham, VA, Danville, VA

RSVP to attend Important Note for RNs: No assessment is required for RNs RN Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited nursing school required

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) preferred

• A three-year diploma from an accredited program may substitute for the nursing degree

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus, but not required

• Certification as a CNN or CDN is a bonus

What You Can Expect:

• Develop meaningful, long-term patient relationships in an outpatient setting

• Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment

• Deliver personalized care to patients with complex needs

• Lead a team of PCTs in providing exceptional dialysis care

• Use your clinical skills and compassion daily in a fast-paced role

PCT Requirements:

• Desire to make a difference in patient care

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable working around blood, needles, and mixing acid/bicarb

• Physically and mentally able to work long shifts (some over 12 hours)

• Willing to travel across clinics in the area as needed

• Healthcare experience is a plus: BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy certification

• Provide direct, one-on-one care to dialysis patients

• Monitor and support patients throughout their treatments

• Build strong relationships with patients seen 3x per week

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision
