At Kelly Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Skilled Davenport Screw Machine Operators to join a leading precision manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. If you’re an experienced operator looking for a long-term opportunity with growth and stability, this could be the role for you.

Pay: $20–$40/hr. (Based on experience) – Temp to Hire

Available Shift:

• A Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...

• Setting up and operating Davenport multi-spindle screw machines
• Performing tooling changes and machine offsets
• Reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Monitoring quality and making adjustments to maintain production specs
• Working independently and keeping your area organized and safe
