DAV - Transportation Coordinator offered at DAV - Western Washington

DAV provides FREE transportation from the veteran's home to the VA hospital for examinations and treatment, then back home. Please call the Transportation Coordinator at [phone] at least a week before the appointment to get on the schedule for pickup. Drivers are all volunteers and they cannot answer questions about medical issues or VA claims. Drivers can provide contact information for DAV Service Officers and DAV.

Veterans with VA medical appointments can use this service.

Fee: None. This is a FREE service to any veteran.
