DataStage Developer – Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC. Plano, TX.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement data integration solutions using IBM DataStage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery
Optimize ETL processes to enhance data quality and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and application functionality
Maintain the batch jobs and work with project teams towards propagation of changes to all environments as part of each release.
Strong experience in Data Quality, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High-Volume Data Loads.
Work closely with Project teams, QA/BA/SME’s/other teams to discuss & understand issues and to provide solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
Must have prior experience and working knowledge in some or all activities: troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and/or configuring in relevant technologies.
Setting up of new jobs from the configuration request from developers/testers.
ETL jobs maintenance and troubleshooting.
Identify and implement system enhancements/improvements and Automation.
Ability to clearly and concisely document procedures and processes.
Work in process automation using Shell Scripts and SQL.
