Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data integration solutions using IBM DataStage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery
• Optimize ETL processes to enhance data quality and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and application functionality
• Maintain batch jobs and work with project teams towards propagation of changes to all environments as part of each release.
• Strong experience in Data Quality, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning, and high-volume data loads.
• Work closely with project teams, QA/BA/SME’s, and other teams to discuss and understand issues and provide solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Must have prior experience and working knowledge in troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning, and/or configuring in relevant technologies.
• Set up new jobs from configuration requests from developers/testers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ETL jobs.
• Identify and implement system enhancements, improvements, and automation.
• Document procedures and processes clearly and concisely.
• Work in process automation using Shell Scripts and SQL.
• Knowledge of Splunk and other monitoring tools.
