Job summary

MACHINE INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a data integration specialist to develop and implement IBM DataStage solutions, bridging data across systems and environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, optimize ETL workflows for data quality and performance, and maintain batch jobs across all environments through releases.

Proficiency in shell scripting and SQL, plus experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, will help you drive reliable data

Qualifications

• Experience with data integration and ETL development using IBM DataStage.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, business rules validation, and high-volume data loads.
• Ability to troubleshoot, operate, test, plan and configure in relevant technologies.
• Experience setting up new jobs from configuration requests.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and SQL; familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.

Job description

• Develop and implement data integration solutions using IBM DataStage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery
• Optimize ETL processes to enhance data quality and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and application functionality
• Maintain the batch jobs and work with project teams towards propagation of changes to all environments as part of each release.
• Strong experience in Data Quality, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High-Volume Data Loads.
• Work closely with Project teams, QA/BA/SME’s/other teams to discuss & understand issues and to provide solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Must have prior experience and working knowledge in some or all activities: troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and/or configuring in relevant technologies.
• Setting up of new jobs from the configuration request from developers/testers.
• ETL jobs maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement system enhancements/improvements and Automation.
• Ability to clearly and concisely document procedures and processes.
• Work in process automation using Shell Scripts and SQL
• Knowledge on Splunk and other monitoring tools
