MBS is urgently seeking a DataPower Lead/Architect for a remote, full-time, temp-to-hire position.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using IBM DataPower appliances (xi52).
  • Configure and manage Web Service Proxy, Multi-Protocol Gateway, Web Application Firewall, SSL Proxy, and XML Firewall services on DataPower.
  • Define and deliver robust, scalable DataPower solutions aligned with business requirements and architecture standards.
  • Integrate DataPower with Access Management tools such as Tivoli LDAP, Active Directory, TFIM, OKTA, and Azure AD (Entra).
  • Manage SSL certificates and ensure secure communication across services.
  • Utilize tools like SOAP U/I, Visual Studio, and PowerShell to support development and integration processes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with IBM DataPower appliances (xi52).
  • Deep understanding of Web Service standards, including WSDL, SOAP 1.1/1.2, WS Policy, SAML, and OIDC protocols.
  • Proficiency in XSLT programming and Gateway scripting using JavaScript.
  • Expertise in SSL and certificate management.
  • Hands-on experience with Access Management tools such as Tivoli LDAP, AD, TFIM, OKTA, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with SOAP U/I, Visual Studio, and PowerShell for solution development and management.
