Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Mandarin a plus.
• 4+ years of product management, sales and/or technical business development experience; preferably electronics.
• Technical knowledge of interconnect industry and/or familiarity with datacenter architecture, AI computing, server/storage hardware.
• Excellent organization, creativity, adaptability, and strong PM skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively present and promote the Power Solutions portfolio to help global sales teams understand positioning and benefits.
• Collaborate with global sales to identify requirements and market trends to win new design opportunities.
• Drive the new business funnel; develop sales and marketing tools as needed.
• Prepare and support monthly and quarterly revenue projections; forecast and book-to-ship analysis.
• Serve as liaison between customer requests and internal functions; engage with customer's commodity and engineering teams daily.
• Work with marketing, engineering, BD and operations to identify market needs and close gaps.
• Manage project timelines, product roadmaps, and technical deliverables; travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
