Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Fort Wayne is hiring a Warehouse Operator Specialist for the Dock (D-Shift Thu-Sun 6AM–4:30PM).

You will oversee loading and unloading, maintain inventory accuracy, and assemble/install servers and electronic components using a range of hand tools and measuring devices. This role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with loading, unloading, and inventory control.
• Ability to pass background checks and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Install server racks and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S standards.
• Push, pull and lift repeatedly during shifts.
