Job description

Client satisfaction will be your ultimate goal in this role. As a customer service representative, you will be on the front line serving our customers. You'll be the technical resource and point person interacting with clients, vendors, and senior management, to identify and resolve complex technical problems. Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) servers.
  2. Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment.
  3. Troubleshoot, test, and perform quality assurance of server hardware.
  4. Professionally resolve hardware issues via trouble ticket.
Required Education

High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred Education

Associate's Degree/College Diploma.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment a plus.
  2. Web Server and Database installation experience a plus.
  3. Must be able to work in this country without company sponsorship.
  4. Must be fluent in English.
  5. Must be willing to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and component installation.
  7. Basic knowledge of various internet-related services and software (mail, web, DNS, etc).
  8. General understanding of computer networking concepts.
  9. Customer-focused attitude with some previous customer service experience.
  10. Network wiring/cabling experience a plus.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  1. 3-5 years’ experience with Windows and Linux Platforms.
  2. 3-5 years’ experience with computer/server hardware.
  3. Certifications are not required but a plus.
