You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication to drive reliability. The role focuses on deploying/maintaining server products, collaborating with cross-location teams, and engaging stakeholders through planning, development, and validation phases.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain NPI server products, ensuring smooth integration and operation
• Provide engineering expertise to cross-disciplinary teams across multiple locations
• Engage with internal stakeholders during product planning, development, and validation phases
• Track and report project status throughout the lifecycle to ensure objectives are met
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging server hardware infrastructure
