Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client is seeking a Datacenter Technician to join an on-site operations team supporting liquid-cooled, next-generation AI rack infrastructure in Rockdale, TX with occasional travel to Austin. The role is 12+ months with strong extension potential and a pay range of $50-$53 per hour on a W2 basis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on DLC experience, strong datacenter hardware troubleshooting skills, and a safety-first mindset that keeps production workloads running reliably.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on DLC deployment in production datacenters.
• 4+ years installing and servicing enterprise server hardware at component level.
• Experience with high-density racks (20 kW per rack or more).
• Adheres to LOTO, EHS and physical security procedures.
• Familiar with out-of-band management tools (BMC, IPMI, Redfish).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain Direct Liquid Cooling infrastructure and CDUs.
• Perform tray-level service for rack-scale AI infra, including hardware, firmware, and cabling.
• Install and pressure-test blind-mate QD connectors following EHS protocols.
• Support rack power and thermal readiness up to 246 kW per rack.
• Use BMC/Redfish/IPMI to monitor health and validate compute readiness.
