Senior Talent Specialist at Collabera with expertise in IT Recruitment Across US

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on position where you'll be performing hardware and network diagnostics and subsequent physical repairs. You'll work both independently and collaboratively within a team, prioritizing tasks, organizing effectively, and communicating clearly. A key aspect of the role is rapidly responding to critical issues, installing and creating equipment, innovating solutions, and participating in complex problem-solving at the site level.

MUST HAVES:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a data center environment. (For Level 1, we cannot consider candidates with 5+ years of experience in this specific role).
• Strong experience with host/server-side hardware (installation, troubleshooting, repair).
• Fundamental understanding of troubleshooting methodologies for identifying and resolving hardware, cabling, and basic connectivity issues
• Adherence to data center safety protocols and best practices
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills. Must be reactive to issues and capable of rapid problem-solving.

PLUSES:

• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Network troubleshooting.
