Job summary

Insight Global in New Haven, CT is seeking an Entry-Level Data Center Technician to support day-to-day data center operations at one of the state's largest healthcare providers. This hands-on IT role focuses on servers, cabling, asset management, and coordinating with vendors.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay up to $24/hour. Ideal candidates have basic server/network knowledge, Windows/Office skills, and a desire to grow in data center operations.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of servers, networking, storage, and switches.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in developing a career in Data Center Operations and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between data center locations.
• ServiceNow experience is a strong plus.
• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
• Previous server, networking, cybersecurity, or data center exposure is a plus.
