Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies’ Datacenter Operations team is seeking a DC technician to join Abernathy, TX. You will install, rack, and deploy servers and networking hardware in hyperscale datacenters, taking on onsite responsibility for site operations and hardware lifecycle.

This role requires practical IT hardware knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures precisely. You will handle cable management, server tray swaps, incident response, and work under aggressive SLA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with server hardware components and basic troubleshooting concepts.
• Basic networking knowledge including copper/fiber cabling and connectivity standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical procedures precisely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in datacenter environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced operational settings.

About the Team

The Datacenter Operation team supports the company's fast growth by deploying and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware fleet operations, providing scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions and services for AI workloads.
