Responsibilities:
  • Oversee loading and unloading of freight, manage shipping documents and records.
  • Perform quality checks on freight for accuracy and condition.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage replenishment for critical spare parts.
  • Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
  • Precisely place server racks using laser measuring devices.
  • Assemble electronic components and install cabling in server racks following diagrams and schematics.
  • Install rack hardware with various tools.
  • Operate handling equipment like stackers, rack movers, and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills for confident decision-making.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and protocols for working with live electrical and electronic equipment.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
