Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Datacenter Security Access Management Specialist to lead governance and administration of physical access controls across critical data center environments.

You will manage badge administration, access permissions, and security audits, while collaborating with security, operations, and technology stakeholders to support business continuity and safety objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of security experience.
• 3+ years in physical security, access control, data center operations, or security program management.
• Experience with enterprise access control systems (Lenel preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, and PowerApps for digital metrics.

What You'll Do

As a Datacenter Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising and managing physical access control systems to ensure operational effectiveness across critical data center environments. This position will be based in Richardson, TX and plays a key role in supporting data center operations and security program management by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of employee, contractor, vendor, and visitor access while supporting business continuity and security objectives. The ideal candidate is personable, dedicated, and equipped to lead the governance and administration of physical access controls, with strong customer service skills and excellent communication, aligned with our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

The salary range for this role is from $60,000 to $80,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on factors such as, candidate experience, and skills.
