Job summary

AMD is seeking a Product Development Engineer to help deliver next-generation datacenter platforms, including server and rack-scale systems for AI, machine learning, and HPC workloads. You will collaborate with silicon, firmware, software, validation, manufacturing, and operations teams to bring complex designs from bring-up through production.

You are a curious, hands-on engineer with strong debugging and analytical skills, thriving in fast-paced environments and focusing on datacenter

Qualifications

• Experience in system-level product development, validation, test, or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with datacenter server architectures and AI/HPC platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in complex computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support bring-up, validation, debug, and deployment of datacenter platforms.
• Develop and execute system-level test strategies for functionality and performance.
• Investigate and resolve hardware, firmware, and software issues.
• Analyze manufacturing data to drive root-cause identification and corrective actions.
• Develop manufacturing diagnostics and automated validation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and production ramps.
