Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Ridgeville, USA, is seeking a Team Lead to supervise loading and unloading, manage shipping records, and support datacenter operations. The role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and collaboration with multiple departments.

The position requires 3-5 years of related experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with computers. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with an hourly base pay of $22.00.

• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Install server racks and cabling in the datacenter per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards in the work area.
