Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead validation and deployment of datacenter tester platforms. You will manage hardware and firmware across CM, labs, and external sites, driving KPIs and uptime while coordinating global teams on complex deployments.

Requirements include 5+ years in technical program management, experience with datacenter boards, and a BS in ECE/CS. Strong problem solving and English fluency are essential in this role at Wipro's California

Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
5+ years of datacenter boards, systems manufacturing, assembly and testing experience.
Experience working with Asia-based manufacturing vendors.
Strong problem solving and debugging abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills with global teams.
B.S. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, English fluency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Manage hardware and firmware across multiple tester platforms in CM, labs and third-party sites.
Direct validation teams to transition new tester platforms to sites.
Drive tester KPIs at CM and procure hardware and services to maintain uptime.
Regularly report tester status and propose improvements to management.
Build expertise on test platforms for server products.
