Job summary

Valor Contracting is seeking a Construction Project Administrator for a large datacenter project near Bismarck, ND. The role is on-site, full-time, with travel up to 100% and per diem for long-distance travel.

You will support Project Managers, manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes while coordinating cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or construction support role preferred.
• Experience working in the commercial construction industry is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and the project team throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Assist with document control and ensure project files are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
• Support project reporting by preparing project logs, status updates, and other documentation.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with onboarding project team members and coordinating project logistics.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other project-related administrative tasks.
• Track project deliverables and help ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive project and financial information.
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
