Job summary

DSV USA Ridgeville is seeking a hardworking A Shift - Builds Associates to load/unload freight, perform quality checks, and maintain inventory in our datacenter environment. You will handle server racks, install cabling, and operate material handling equipment while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, with 1–3 years of related experience and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, checking part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor with accuracy.
• Install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain workspace safety and 5S standards.
