Job summary

DSV is seeking a Builds Lead A Shift at our USA Ridgeville data center. The role focuses on hands-on warehouse and data center support, including shipping, receiving, rack installation, and daily inventory control.

Candidates should bring 3–5 years of related experience, strong safety awareness, and computer proficiency. The position is full-time, on-site, with base pay noted as $22.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits program.

• Experience using computers and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for correct part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders on-site at the data center.
• Process returns of electronic components using multiple warehouse systems.
• Install server racks and populate components according to diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware and cabling using hand, power and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow 5S standards.
• Lift and move heavy objects frequently during shift.
