Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Technology Partner to lead Data & Insights transformations for enterprise clients. The role requires hands-on Databricks expertise, and the ability to architect enterprise data and AI platforms while guiding executive stakeholders across IT and business functions.

You will mentor talent, craft go-to-market accelerators, and drive large-scale modernization initiatives with a focus on Databricks and cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building solution architectures for large enterprises
• Strong Databricks expertise across platforms and governance
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Databricks deployments

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership to clients and engage with executive stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, brown-bag sessions, and forums on data, AI/ML, cloud, and platform perspectives.
• Develop solution architectures, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Partner with delivery leaders to shape data, analytics, AI, cloud, and modernization opportunities.
• Mentor engineering and analytics talent across career levels.
