Job summary

SMX is seeking a Palantir Foundry and Databricks SME to act as the lead technical authority for modernization of enterprise data platforms. You will shape data pipeline design, integrate legacy ERP data, and evolve business rules within a configurable LCNC solution for the Army's financial management capabilities.

You will architect ingestion from SAP/non-SAP sources, build reusable transformation logic, and ensure secure, scalable data models while collaborating with mission-focused teams to

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher).
• 5+ years of data engineering experience, with hands-on knowledge of Palantir Foundry and Databricks.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, building and optimizing data pipelines, data modeling, and Python scripting for data transformation.

Job description

SMX is hiring Palantir/Databricks SMEs to serve as the lead technical authority for an enterprise-level legacy systems modernization effort. You will guide the design and development of data pipelines and integration patterns, migrating legacy business logic into a configurable LCNC solution on an enterprise data platform. Your expertise will directly shape how the Army builds and scales its new financial management capabilities.

• Architect and build governed data ingestion pipelines from SAP and non-SAP sources.

• Develop reusable data transformation, validation, and summarization logic within Palantir Foundry and Databricks.

The proposed salary for this position is:

$144,000—$225,000 USD
