Job summary

LTM is seeking a Databricks Engineer with AWS expertise to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions. You will work closely with data architects and application teams to deliver scalable, secure data solutions on Databricks Lakehouse, leveraging AWS services and modern data engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• AWS Data Analytics or AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory reporting, risk, compliance and audit.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Delta Lake.
• Build enterprise data lakehouse solutions on AWS.
• Develop batch and real-time ingestion frameworks from multiple sources.
• Implement data transformation, enrichment, cleansing, and validation processes.
• Optimize Spark workloads for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Design data models supporting reporting and analytics.
• Integrate Databricks with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EventBridge, IAM).
• Support data migration from traditional warehouses to Databricks Lakehouse.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform and Git.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure governance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide L3 support.
• Participate in architecture reviews and governance activities.
