Job summary

Inalab is seeking a skilled on-site engineer to sustain and enhance ECOSphere, ensuring secure, scalable operations. The role supports ECOSphere and related apps through AWS environments, FISMA-aligned security, and DevSecOps practices, collaborating with teams worldwide.

The candidate will work on data processing, Spark/Delta Lake, and API integrations, while maintaining documentation, tests, and user-focused improvements. US citizenship and clearable status are preferred.

Qualifications

• Big data processing, cloud governance, and modern AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
• Good SQL and Python language skills.
• Databricks platform experience or training.
• Data pipeline and ETL design.
• Knowledge of cloud services and DevOps.
• Spring Boot, Grails, Angular, React, Docker, Jenkins.
• REST API/Web Services, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda.

Responsibilities

• Application Development Support and Maintenance: Design, develop, and implement new features and integrations.
• Maintain automated tests and document test plans and results.
• Create datasets for reporting in SSRS and QuickSight.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
• Develop an AI tool to enhance user experience and workflows.
• DevSecOps: integrate CI/CD pipelines with scans and testing.
