Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data and Analytics Consultant to join our VA team in Atlanta. You will help clients maximize data value and automate processes across healthcare programs, from data wrangling to predictive analytics and AI, with a focus on governance in Azure Databricks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience; proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Microsoft Office, plus familiarity with Azure Databricks and Unity Catalog. Travel is up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
• Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional work experience
• Prior consulting experience or work similar to consulting is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and familiarity with Python, SQL, PySpark
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks and its major components, including Unity Catalog, Databricks Apps, and the Azure commercial cloud environment

Responsibilities

• Help clients maximize data value and automate business processes across healthcare projects.
• Implement data analytics and data science across the full spectrum from data querying to visualization, predictive analytics, ML, and AI.
• Develop governed analytics and data applications in Azure Databricks using Unity Catalog and Databricks Apps.
• Support business development, internal initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
