Job summary

Brillio in Edison, NJ seeks a Databricks Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale data and AI platforms. You will lead architecture across data ingestion, processing, and analytics, aligning with business goals and governance.

The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years in data architecture and strong hands-on experience with Databricks or GCP, Generative AI, and multi-cloud data pipelines, while mentoring teams and guiding strategic technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

12–15 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and AI platforms.
Hands-on expertise with Databricks or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong data governance, security, and operational frameworks.
Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, and Vector databases.
Proven leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder collaboration across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Data & AI platforms across analytics, reporting, ML and AI-driven capabilities.
Define scalable data architecture, governance, security, and operational frameworks for modern cloud-native platforms.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify data modernization, AI, and automation opportunities.
Architect and guide the implementation of AI solutions leveraging enterprise data assets and AI frameworks.
Establish architecture standards, best practices, and roadmaps across data engineering and AI initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering, platform, and AI teams.
