Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a senior-level replication engineer/DBA to own and operate critical data replication across IMS (z/OS), IBM CDC, and SQL Server environments. You will manage cross-environment replication pipelines, implement schema changes, and ensure data integrity in production.

Strong autonomous work style and experience with large-scale data estates are essential. The role requires hands-on expertise in SQL Server replication, T-SQL, SSMS, and related tools, with on-site work

Qualifications

• Senior-level hands-on replication engineer/DBA hybrid.
• Deep experience with IMS (z/OS) and IBM CDC replication.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server replication (transactional/merge/snapshot).
• Proficient with T-SQL, SSMS, and cross-platform data movement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support end-to-end data replication pipelines across IMS, SQL Server, and cloud platforms.
• Deploy database and application changes into Production environments with minimal risk.
• Administer and support replication configurations and runbooks.
• Analyze schema changes and ensure data integrity across environments.
• Troubleshoot replication failures and performance issues.
