Working highly independently with great judgement and without supervision, the individual will be responsible for performing various complex tasks highly technical in nature and responsibilities in applications development, planning, designing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, integrating, performance monitoring, maintaining, enhancing, security management, and support complex computer applications programs.
Computer Specialists (Software) at this level 4 perform related work, including expert end user support, work independently on their own, be extremely knowledgeable of technical environment used at Law, Law’s application system recovery, system up-keep, automation of system monitoring tasks, ensure high system availability and, when necessary, perform the duties of related or lower titles and Assignment Levels. Served as a supervisor as part of past experience.

NOTE: In order to have your experience accepted as Project Leader or Major Contributor experience, you must explain in detail how your experience qualifies you as a project leader or as a major contributor. Experience in computer operations, technical support, quality assurance (QA), hardware installation, help desk, or as an end user will not be accepted for meeting the minimum qualification
To be eligible for placement in Assignment Level IV, in addition to the Qualification Requirements stated above, individuals must have one year of satisfactory experience in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project in data administration, database management systems, operating systems, data communications systems, capacity planning, and/or on-line applications programming.
This position requires at least 7 years of experience as a Microsoft full stack developer preferred: this includes but not limited to: Office 365, SharePoint- Visual Studio.NET, Azure Portal, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, Schema migration management using Git, Azure DevOps pipelines, and tools like Redgate Utilizing JSON manipulation, REST API endpoints, and Vector Database extensions for AI application integration, ASP.NET, VB.NET - C#.NET - Object Oriented Design, MS SQL development and administration, SSRS/SSIS implementation MS Team Foundation Server /GitHub - MS Azure DevOps, Dynamic CRM, MS power platform, power automation, GitHub, DevOps, Python, Power platform Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Flow, Power Automate, Azure Logic apps, Azure AI design, develop web UI screens with JSON, JSP, AJAX and JQUERY to provide interactive screens to display data. HTML, XML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript, InfoPath. Database Manager may be required to work various shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
