EOA Technologies is actively seeking a Database Engineer for a full-time role supporting a U.S. Government customer. The position emphasizes automation, standardized security reviews, and continuous monitoring across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities include leading database architecture, building workflows, and developing parser and loading software within a cloud-enabled environment. Candidates must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and have extensive DBE experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• Ten (10) years of DBE experience in similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or five years of DBE experience may substitute for a degree.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Experience with MongoDB or MariaDB is required.
• Experience with Django or Flask.
• Experience with REST endpoints.
• Experience with microservices.

Responsabilités

• Direct the development of complex systems using queries and database storage and retrieval.
• Direct the overall database structure to fit the system architecture.
• Create new workflows and provide break/fix updates as needed.
• Lead development of database structures, parser software, and loading software.
• Direct fulfillment of project requirements from inception to conclusion.

Description

EOA Technologies is seeking a Database Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer.

As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Database Engineer will direct the development of complex systems using queries, tables, and database storage and retrieval using Cloud methodologies for the design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis.
• The Database Engineer will direct the overall database structure to fit into the overall architecture of the system.
• The Database Engineer will create new workflows to take over existing processes as needed as well as provide break/fix requests or updates.
• The Database Engineer will lead development of database structures, database parser software, and database loading software.
• The Database Engineer will direct fulfillment of requirements from a project inception to conclusion.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

• Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Ten (10) years' experience as a DBE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required; Five (5) years of DBE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• Python
• Experience using MongoDB or MariaDB
• Experience using Django or Flask
