Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining systems requirements for new or modified database application programs, creating system specifications, and overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of efficient and cost-effective application solutions. Working closely with business analysts to identify complex business requirements and processes, the individual will coordinate activities with client areas and other IT sections under general direction from the Manager.
