Mandatory Skills

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph .
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 15+ years of dedicated experience in software engineering.
• Data Expertise: Proven mastery of Oracle , PostgreSQL , and modern database technologies, including views, triggers, and Oracle PL/SQL .
• Data Engineering: Extensive experience developing and modifying data structures, data load routines, and processing structured data (cleansing, transforming, and loading).
• QA/Testing: Demonstrated success performing testing and quality assurance within the existing Oracle data tier.
• Cloud Architecture: Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments, specifically RDS, S3 , and notification/alerting services.
• Agile Integration: Proven experience operating within Agile project management models and aligning data architecture with overarching enterprise strategies.

Desired Skills

• Leadership: Experience serving as an Agile Scrum Master or leading development team sprints.
• Cloud Migration: Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Data Migration Services.
• Workflow Tools: Proficiency with JIRA for task tracking and project management.
• Diversified Repositories: Familiarity with NoSQL and distributed processing frameworks.
• Communication: Strong ability to present complex technical information to Sponsor staff and stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
