Overview

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Database Developer to support the ongoing maintenance, software development, operations, and management of the SBIR.gov websites based on Drupal CMS platform to address emerging statutory, regulatory, agency, and program office needs.


This position is 100% remote.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Support the ongoing maintenance of SIBR.gov website hosted in a Drupal environment.

  • Facilitate technical, database, or data updates or actions in response to legislative requirements, or activities related to awards data, ad hoc reporting, quality control checks, agency data upload summary reports/feedback, Annual Report analysis, unawarded proposal (Data collection, analysis, custom scrips for import or removal), data quality remediation, and ad hoc recurring ingestion of on-the-fly API based data updates via SAM.gov

  • Ensure data integrity and maintain system API endpoints, system- to-system API connections and platform required CRUD SQL database functions as required.

  • Create a design and implement integration of external components and/or cloud services such as website search services, content subscription services, reporting services, analytics and business intelligence services in the Drupal environment.

  • Update and maintain system designs and infrastructure documentation, and data dictionaries.

  • Provide system documentation to support the user base, updating and building out SBIR.gov modules, content, and functional code updates to maintain and enhance the SBIR.gov platform

  • Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancing and/or modifying existing and migrated websites.

  • Provide continuous ongoing operational support (including performance issues such as website slowness, website availability, break fix) for existing and future Drupal environments including minor/major version upgrades, security patches, module updates and new module installations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Public Trust Clearance.

  • 5+ years relevant experience Knowledge of government standards for AWS infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform developing using Chalice, Python, Angular, OpenSearch, Aurora RDS, RESTful API and Drupal 10.

  • Demonstrated experience in web administration, network administration and server security.

  • Knowledge of SQL and noSQL technology including legacy and cloud hosted databases (
