Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Database Administrator for Fort Hood, TX, with a Secret (Tier 3) clearance and Top Secret/SCI eligibility for certain duties. The role covers administration of MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and other government-approved databases to ensure performance, integrity, and recoverability.

The candidate must hold DoD 8140/8570.01-M baselines and obtain CE certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Support database backup, archive, and recovery using Government-approved tools and scripting languages.
• Continually monitor data integrity and notify the Government within two work hours of any database discrepancy.
• Support RMF accreditation artifacts and eMASS package maintenance for designated systems.

Position Title : Database Administrator Location : Fort Hood, TX; White Sands Missile Range, NM Clearance required : Secret minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties. Scope of Work: Provides database and systems administration for ATEC enterprise applications and management information systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and recoverability.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Administer and support MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and other Government-approved database platforms
• Manage data storage, monitor device usage, and implement measures to maintain and improve system performance
• Support database backup, archive, and recovery using Government-approved tools and scripting languages
