The Database Administrator I is responsible for the basic management and maintenance of the organization’s databases. This individual will monitor the database performance, perform routine backups, and assist with the implementation of security measures. The Database Administrator I will work under the guidance of senior team members, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and availability. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree in a field of study relevant to the current position is preferred. A minimum of 0-3 years' experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.
